Returns and Warranty Statements

DYEETIC Limited Warranty

DYEETIC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the DYEETIC product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets forth DYEETIC's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Period

The maximum warranty period for DYEETIC products purchased from the official store is 36 months:

  • 18 months warranty for products purchased from the official store
  • Register your product for an additional 12-month warranty.
  • An additional 6 months when you share on social media

In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Exchange

DYEETIC will replace (at DYEETIC's expense) any DYEETIC product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to DYEETIC in accordance with this warranty, DYEETIC will, at its option:

(1) replace the DYEETIC Product with a replacement product of the same model (or with your consent a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product – e.g., a different model with the same features, or the same model in a different color).

(2) exchange the DYEETIC Product for a refund of your purchase price.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty on DYEETIC's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions

DYEETIC's warranty does not apply to:
  • Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in DYEETIC's current product literature.
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
  • Any product purchased through an online auction house.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days to request a return after receiving your item. We don't charge any refund fees. Please note that return shipping fees and original shipping costs (except in cases of quality issues) are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For customers in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada: if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Your refund will be approved within 1-2 days after receiving and checking your return, and you will be automatically refunded through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
