What payment methods does DYEETIC accept?
Currently, we only accept PayPal for all orders. We are actively working to add more secure payment options (including major credit cards and other digital wallets) in the near future. Thank you for your patience!

Will I receive a payment confirmation after placing an order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email with your receipt, order number, and order summary immediately after successful payment.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Please make sure there are enough money in your payment account when paying for your order. If the payment is failed, please try another payment account to check if the payment can be successful. If the issue remains, please contact our customer service and provide more details of the error message received. We also advise to contact paypal or the payment company to check the issue in detail.
How do I use the coupon code?
Add the desired items to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout. Enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field. Click "Apply" to apply the discount to your order. Complete the checkout process.
How to win rewardpoints?
Members can win reward points by Signing up, Placing order.
a. Signing up get 200 points.
b. Placing order get points.
c. Submit Reviews to get points.
d. Compensation from Customer Service for order issues.
e. Points/Currency Exchange Rate: 100 = $1.00.
If the rewardpoints can be used as a discount in the payment of the order
Customer can use the rewardpoints as a discount in the order during checkout. The discount (from the Points) cannot exceed 20% of the item sub-total cost. If there are any unacceptable behavior go against the above regulations in using points, DYEETIC reserves the right to reset the points in customer's account.

How do I place an order on dyeetic.com?
Placing an order is simple:
Add your desired jump starter/accessories to the cart
Proceed to checkout
Enter your shipping address and complete payment via PayPal
Confirm your order details and submit.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at service@dyeetic.com within 24 hours of placing it.
We can only make adjustments before the order is marked as "shipped"
Once the package is processed by the shipping company, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What if I placed the wrong item?
If you ordered the wrong product, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
We can help exchange the item only before the package is shipped
If there is a price difference, we will either refund the excess amount or request additional payment for the new item.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of successful payment.If your item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch time and offer solutions (e.g., wait for restock, exchange for an alternative product).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery link. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for help.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I change my shipping method after placing the order?
You can request a shipping method change only within 24 hours of placing the order and before the package is picked up by the courier.If the new shipping method costs more, you will need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference to you.
What if my country is not listed as a shipping destination?
We ship to most countries worldwide. To check if we can deliver to your location:

Shipment Issue
When can I expect to receive my order?
After your payment is confirmed, our warehouse needs 1–3 business days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for most orders (US domestic).
International orders may take 7–23 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Delays may occur due to factors like customs inspections, extreme weather, or high-volume promotional periods.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We work with reliable carriers to deliver your order:
United States: FedEx, UPS, USPS
Europe: GLS, BRT, SEUR (based on your location)
Can you ship to a PO Box address?
We currently do not support shipping to PO Box addresses due to carrier restrictions and delivery reliability requirements. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address when placing your order.
My tracking number shows "electronic information received" but no updates. What does this mean?
This status means the shipping company has received your package details, but the first scan event has not yet been updated online.
There is often a 24–48 hour delay between the package being picked up and the tracking information being updated.
If the status remains unchanged for more than 3 working days, please contact us at service@dyeetic.com with your order number, and we will help verify the status with the carrier.
My package shows as "delivered" but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Verify the shipping address you provided at checkout.
Check with neighbors, building management, or family members to see if they accepted the package.
Look for a delivery notice left by the carrier, which may indicate the package was left in a secure location.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us immediately with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
My order is being returned to sender. Can I get a refund?
Packages may be returned to sender for reasons including:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Unclaimed package
Denied by customs
Refusal to pay customs fees
If your order is returned, please contact us. We can either process a refund (minus return shipping fees) or arrange a reshipment once we receive the package back.
Product Issue
Is there a warranty for my items?
We stand behind our products with a comprehensive warranty policy:
60-Day Unconditional Return: For unopened, unused items in original packaging, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
(Dead On Arrival) Coverage: If your product arrives defective, we offer immediate replacement or full refund.
Limited Warranty: All jump starters and accessories come with a 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
What can I do if there is a problem with my item?
Please follow these simple steps to resolve the issue:
Self-Troubleshooting: Check our product manual or the FAQ section for common solutions. Many issues (e.g., low charge, incorrect connections) can be resolved without returning the item.

Is there a return shipping fee?
Buyer’s Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference, incorrect ordering, or non-quality reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.
How do I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can:
Return your original purchase within 30 days for a full refund (if eligible)
Place a new order for the desired item
If you purchased during a promotion, you can reorder under the same terms within 30 days of the original purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your PayPal account is determined solely by your payment provider’s processing schedule.
