Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available for all products on the DYEETIC Official Store. All taxes and fees are borne by DYEETIC.

Shipping Cutoff Time & Delivery Time

DYEETIC uses local warehouses for delivery in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Orders to these four countries will usually be delivered to you within 3–7 working days from the date of shipment, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Orders to all other countries will be shipped from our warehouse in China and normally delivered within 7–23 working days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military, or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Exceptions

Due to severe weather events, customs clearance, peak shopping periods, or other force majeure reasons, our handling, transportation, and delivery of packages may face unavoidable delays. For the latest updates, please check our shipping policy regularly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

DYEETIC is not responsible for the above shipment delays. However, DYEETIC will try our best to keep you updated and ensure the shipment arrives as soon as service can be resumed in the affected area.

Shipping Methods

We use the following shipping methods: UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Yodel, CTT Express, GLS, BRT Bartolini, SEUR, and other local carriers.

Missing or lost packages

If a package goes missing or is delivered to an incorrect address, please contact DYEETIC customer support at service@dyeetic.com with your order number.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email within 48 hours of placing your order, or if your order is urgent, please contact DYEETIC customer support at service@dyeetic.com with your order number.

What can I do if the product I received is not in good condition?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@dyeetic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or signed for by an unintended recipient, and the resulting shipping costs and product losses will be borne by the customer.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Check your address carefully when placing an order and ensure you choose the right location in the shipping address field.

Except for cases of fraudulent orders, customers refusing to accept dispatched orders will incur a processing fee. directly debited from the order total.

What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?

Please contact DYEETIC customer support at service@dyeetic.com. Attaching a photo of the product received and the SKU label of the parcel will greatly shorten the handling process.

Additional Shipping Notes

Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas, depending on the standards of each courier company. We cooperate with multiple logistics companies worldwide, and each company has different standards for defining remote areas. Couriers will notify us if your address is classified as remote before shipment, so we are unable to confirm this in advance of payment. If your address is a remote area, we will contact you promptly.
